Adding an announcement:
An announcement is a reminder or brief note that is
displayed on the homepage in the left hand column and on
the news page in the left hand column.
Once you login your administration area, click on the
News & Announcement icon.
The screen will be as below:
1. Choose Type 'New Article'

2. Now choose type 'Announcement' radio button.
No need to choose a Category.
3. Choose the 'Date Expired' by clicking the
icon and selecting a date from the calendar.
4. Type in your Title in the 'Title Box.
5. Type in your brief note or reminder in the
'Summary' box.
5. Now click the 'Add' button to publish.
Note: You don't type anything in the 'News
Article Content' for announcements.
